These terms cover your use of GridMVP at gridmvp.com, a service of Grid Liquid LLC, an Oregon limited liability company (“Grid Liquid”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. They are short on purpose.
GridMVP gives fantasy football players reasoned, number-backed analysis: player reports, start/sit calls and weekly rankings, built from public NFL data, your connected league’s settings, and AI models. It is decision support. The decisions, and the results, are yours.
Projections are estimates. Football is uncertain. We work hard on accuracy and we grade ourselves every week, but we make no promise that any projection, ranking or call will be right, and we are not responsible for lineup decisions, league outcomes, or any loss that follows from using the service. Betting lines are displayed for reference only; GridMVP is not a betting service and offers no betting advice.
When you connect a fantasy league you confirm you are the owner of that account and authorize us to read it on your behalf. Access is read-only. You can disconnect at any time on the League Sync page or from the provider’s own settings. Your use of a provider remains subject to that provider’s terms.
The questions you ask and the feedback you give stay yours. You give us permission to store and use them to answer you and to improve the service. We may use aggregated, de-identified statistics about accuracy publicly.
Answers, rankings, the GridMVP name and the crown mark are ours or our licensors’. You may use them for your own fantasy play. Do not republish, resell or bulk-collect them without written permission.
GridMVP is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NFL, any team, the NFL Players Association, Sleeper, ESPN, CBS, Yahoo, or any sportsbook. Their names are used to identify their services.
We may change these terms or the service; if a change matters we will tell signed-in members in the app. You can stop using GridMVP at any time and ask us to delete your account.
To the fullest extent the law allows, GridMVP is provided “as is” and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which during the free beta is nothing.
